Florida’s McKay Program: A Response to Education Sector
In the June 2007 Education Sectors Report, author Sara Mead presented supposedly a non-biased look at the McKay Scholarship Program. She made some good points, but her bias as an opponent of choice programs made this report a “flawed objective analysis”.
